No Surprise Here – 2011 Health Care Costs Rise Sharply for Nonprofits

Double-digit increases in health benefit premiums are back according to the 2011 Benefits in Nonprofit Organizations Survey, released July 1, 2011, by ERI Salary Surveys.

 

The findings are based on surveys completed by a sample of 92 nonprofit organizations of varied sizes with a total of almost 34,000 employees. Details on medical, vision, dental, disability and life insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and executive perquisites are included in the report.
